Mozart’s sublime Violin Concerto No. 3, played by Dallas Symphony Concertmaster Alexander Kerr, is the heart of this concert.  The beginning and end of the program will remind you of the magic of spring – especially Respighi’s shimmering Botticelli Triptych featuring music inspired by Botticelli’s “La Primavera” and “The Birth of Venus.”
