Shreveport Symphony has partnered with Sci-Port Discovery Center to present one of the greatest works in music, Gustav Holst’s epic The Planets. With the full orchestra on display, Holst describes the celestial bodies of our solar system with driving rhythms, forceful exuberance, and memorable melodies.
Our concert experience not only offers students the opportunity to see the symphony orchestra live and in full force, but also join in the joy of making music, with songs to sing and melodies to perform. This interactive concert experience will be one you don’t want to miss!
