The Shreveport Symphony held its four Discovery Concerts on January 30 – January 31, 2020.
There are many parallels between architecture and music, including a multitude of styles, the ability to elicit different emotions, and their inspiration by ideas around us. This year, Maestro Michael Butterman guided students on an exploration of common themes between the building blocks of music and architecture in our program “Build it! Exploring Music and Architecture.”
